Sharon and Phil, a husband-and-wife team from New Jersey, were running a successful online baby boutique when they discovered a need for extra-large bodysuits. At the request of their customers who were seeking adaptive clothing for children with special needs, disabilities or feeding tubes, Sharon and Phil arranged a limited run of bodysuits in larger sizes – and sold out immediately.

Realizing the impact they could have on the lives of special-needs children, Sharon and Phil created CBO Baby as a source for much needed adaptive clothing.

Today, CBO Baby is there for toddlers and children who live with cumbersome medical equipment, as well as those kids who need the comfort and convenience of a bodysuit past babyhood. CBO Baby’s durable and comfortable bodysuits are available in sizes 2T through 12 years, making them ideal for accommodating feeding tubes, casts, ports and other medical apparatus.

Many CBO customers are parents, grandparents or caretakers of autistic or disabled children.  As the children grow out of regular onesies, they still need a solution that allows for comfort while wearing a diaper, or extra room for feeding tubes.  Here at CBO, we’d like to grow with your child if there’s a product you’re looking for that we don’t carry, please contact us.

CBO Baby bodysuits are also helpful for children who struggle with inappropriate touching, undressing and diaper-smearing behaviors. Every CBO Baby onesie is painstakingly planned and manufactured to the highest standards of quality.

All of the onesies and bodysuits sold and manufactured by CBO Baby products are one hundred percent cotton, double-stitched for durability and tag-free for sensitive skin. The CBO Baby line is constantly expanding, with new styles, colors and sizes – so that whatever your child’s situation, CBO Baby has something for you.

Our onesies have helped children with the following conditions who find traditional clothing to be uncomfortable, restrictive or incompatible.
